2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service/order not confirmed
  • Cancellation approved by Pinehills Business Solutions before project/service initiation
  • Non-delivery of agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to our company

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of the transaction date.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services/products are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital marketing services already initiated
  • Branding and design services after concept work has begun
  • Social media management services
  • Customized corporate gifting products once production starts
  • Event management bookings, vendor advances, venue reservations, or logistics costs
  • Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted
  • Any customized or personalized services

4. Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Projects

Projects may be cancelled before work commencement. If cancellation is requested after project initiation, only the unused portion of the service fee (if applicable) may be considered for partial refund after deduction of operational and processing costs.

Event Management Services

Advance payments made for events, venues, vendors, décor, printing, logistics, hospitality, or third-party bookings are non-refundable once bookings are confirmed.

Customized Products & Corporate Gifts

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production, branding, printing, or packaging has started.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during the transaction.

Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent disputes or unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of services and legal action where necessary.


7. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party vendors, platforms, logistics providers, advertising platforms, or event partners. Refunds related to third-party expenses shall be subject to the policies and approvals of those respective providers.
